About Artur Sinderman

Executive leader with 25 years of experience in industrial operations, manufacturing transformation, and organizational growth. For over a decade and a half, I served as Managing Director at HUBER+SUHNER Poland, where I led the company through a full-scale transformation — from a local assembly site to a strategic European Center of Competence for Radio Frequency, Fiber Optic and Low Frequency technologies.

Earlier in my career, I managed high-volume production of hearing aid components at SONION and helped launch 3Shape’s 3D scanner production in Poland, advancing both medical and dental technologies.

I also bring experience in IT — from my early work at Mikroplan, through running my own software company, Sinet, for eight years, where I developed systems that supported enterprise management with data-driven solutions, to founding ASI.studio in September 2024. I hold a drone pilot license, train in calisthenics and strength sports, and have a deep passion for sound engineering and Hi-Fi audio. Technology, music, and movement keep me grounded — and inspired.
