For over 15 years, I served as Managing Director at HUBER+SUHNER Poland, leading a full-scale transformation from a local assembly site into a strategic European Center of Competence across Radio Frequency, Fiber Optics, and Low Frequency technologies.

Earlier in my career, I managed high-volume production of hearing-aid components at Sonion and helped launch 3Shape 3D scanner production in Poland—supporting both medical and dental technologies. These roles strengthened my ability to scale regulated, high-precision manufacturing while bridging engineering and digital systems.

Alongside my manufacturing career, I built deep expertise in enterprise IT and digital systems—from early work at Mikroplan to running my software company, Sinet, for eight years.
