15+ Years of Results — My Leadership Journey at HUBER+SUHNER

From Local Labour House to European Centre of Competence
4 locations, 21,000 sqm total, 730+ headcount in 2024

Over the past 15 years, as Managing Director, I’ve led HUBER+SUHNER Poland through a strategic shift — from decentralized assembly to a centralized center of competence. This transformation spanned Radio Frequency, Fiber Optic, and Low Frequency technologies (including Railway, EV-Automotive, and Metallized Polymers).

Each year brought tangible milestones — scalability, certifications, international expansion, and operational excellence. But none of it would have been possible without the incredible people I’ve worked with. Their talent, commitment, and trust made every step count.

Thank you — none of this would have been possible without you.
