In 2020, HUBER+SUHNER Poland celebrated its 20th anniversary with a gala event in Gdańsk — marking two decades of innovation, growth, and international expansion. The celebration reflected our journey from a local manufacturer to a trusted global player, built on quality, innovation, and community commitment.
Driving Growth Through New Foundations (2020)
In 2020, I led the opening of a new 5,000 sqm facility in Swarożyn — now a central hub for Fiber Optics and Railway cables production, warehousing, and distribution across Europe.
This step wasn’t just about growth — it was about better quality, lower costs, shorter lead times, and faster delivery.
All systems go.
Today, the site has grown to 8,300 sqm — a footprint that reflects the scale of our ambition.

Forbes Diamonds Recognition (2019–2020)
In 2019, HUBER+SUHNER Poland was named among the top-performing companies in the Pomeranian region by Forbes Diamonds, in the 50–250 million PLN revenue category. The recognition reflected our strong market position and steady growth driven by trust, innovation, and technology.
In 2020, we were again honored as one of the region’s fastest-growing companies. With 68.7 million PLN in revenue, 1.4 million PLN in net profit, and 20.4% average growth, the award underscored the strength of our strategy and team in Tczew.

Empowering Those Who Protect Others (2021)
In 2021, I had the honor of supporting the Tczew Fire & Rescue Unit by donating professional gym equipment — a gesture of appreciation for their strength, discipline, and daily commitment to public safety. Because true operational readiness begins with human resilience.

In 2023, HUBER+SUHNER Poland received the Forbes Diamonds award in Sopot in the 250+ million PLN revenue category — recognizing the fastest-growing companies in the Pomeranian region.
The award highlights our growth strategy, resilience, and leadership. It was made possible by teamwork, innovation, and bold decisions by EGM in Switzerland and the local management team.

Supporting Excellence Behind the Scenes (2024–2026)
Since 2024, I’ve had the privilege of supporting Merchel Stolarka — a high-end carpentry brand known for its precision and commitment to timeless design.
My role went far beyond technology — from a full-scale digital and security audit to designing a robust, secure network infrastructure for both the company and the private residence.
Together, we also initiated a broader digital transformation, building a strong online presence and clear market positioning for the Merchel Stolarka brand, including a new website and LinkedIn profile.
